A 14K solid gold mariner chain — the flat anchor link, each oval crossed by a bar — 3mm wide and 16 inches long, finished with a lobster clasp and stamped 14K on the tag. Photos 8 and 9 are the ones to look at: the links lie flat against the skin rather than rolling, which is why this link reads as a solid band of gold from a metre away instead of a thread.
